Boultbee LDN has confirmed it is now a proud sponsor of the highly dynamic education and athletics project, Hub Athletic.

Hub Athletic works with over 100 young people (8-25 years) and their families, providing long-term support and helping them to discover opportunities in employment and further education. The organisation, now in its 10th year, operates across four teams; Hub Athletic Seniors, Hub Ahtletic South Bank, Hub Athletic Johanna and Hub Athletic Academy. Each branch aims to give its members the tools they need to support and lead their junior peers, by way of implementing the successful ‘Player Journey’ model and setting a goal to become an Oasis Life Leader.

Boultbee LDN’s sponsorship comes as part of its long term goal of positively impacting the communities in which it works. With match funding from three of its joint venture partners - City Innovations, Elephant London and Shape Real Estate - the company will be putting forward £24,000 over a period of two years to help ensure that Hub Athletic has the tools it needs to run a successful programme. To add to this, Boultbee LDN will be looking into apprenticeship and work experience opportunities, giving Hub Athletic members the chance to develop a long-term career in the built environment.

Simon Hosking, Managing Director at Boultbee LDN, said: “We are delighted to have this opportunity to support Hub Athletic as it continues its great work with underprivileged young people. Boultbee LDN has always valued the communities in which it works and we are always looking for ways to make a positive impact. I’m therefore very much looking forward to working with Hub Athletic on an inspirational programme.”

Dan Dowman, Head of Youth Work for Oasis Hub Waterloo, said: “The generosity of Boultbee LDN and its joint venture partners, means that we can continue to put youth workers, peer mentors and work experience opportunities within reach of the young people who really need them. I believe this is the first step of a long and fruitful partnership and I am excited to see young people directly benefit from working together.”
