Boultbee LDN purchases commercial laundry to create mixed use scheme

Boultbee LDN and joint venture development partner, City Innovations, have recently completed the purchase of a commercial laundry on Jeddo Road, Shepherd’s Bush, for £1.5m.

The site currently comprises over 9,000 sq ft of space including a Victorian building and industrial warehouses. It will be converted into a 10,500 sq ft development comprising a mixture of seven apartments, two mews houses and office space, with a GDV in excess of £8m.

Original features such as the warehouse style façade will be retained, whilst the old warehouse buildings will be replaced with two modern new build mews houses, complementing their surroundings. The site is in a residential area which has strong housing demand so we are pleased to be creating a scheme to help meet this demand.”

Local agents, Kerr & Co acted for the vendor, Sylvia Grey who is consolidating the business and moving the premises to Acton.
